The Lansley Recruitment Group are a boutique, specialist insurance recruitment company. Founded in 2015 we quickly became the preferential recruitment partner to Insurance Brokers and Underwriters of all sizes locally and across Great Britain. Utilising years of working in the insurance industry our staff gain a full in depth understanding of our clients and candidates needs ensuring synergy on multiple levels not just matching keywords on CV’s.
We are a family run business and the quality of our candidates and clients is of the upmost importance to us. We use innovative techniques and our time working in the industry to build our market leading unique pool of candidates and we are the sole agency for a number of regional insurance companies and brokers bringing a number of exciting opportunities to market at all levels. We pride ourselves on undertaking a full headhunting exercise for every vacancy leaving no stone unturned in our search for the perfect match for the company our client and the candidate.
Based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, we are perfectly placed to cover London, The Home Counties and the Midlands however we do have clients the breadth and width of the country.
